Uppsala BGK confirmed its sovereign victory of Elitserien 2008, as the last weekend of the league was played at the felt course of Tantogården in Stockholm.

BGK Jönköping took second place in the league (and a ticket to European Cup 2008 in Hilzingen, Germany), after a tight battle with Tantogårdens BGK.

Swedish Elitserien is a league for mixed teams of 5 + 2 male or female players. Sweden does not have a minigolf league for women only.
